Returns

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

Payment Terms

SPD Performance accepts credit cards, Paypal, Paypal Credit, with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, price changes, etc.

Warranty

SPD Performance is not responsible for failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the SPD Performance will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. 

nGauge Tuners

Note that once you install your ngauge tuner and load a tune, the device is locked to that vehicles VIN. You must follow all directions on installation and operation. SPD Performance is not responsible for any damages caused by the tuner.

Custom Tunes

Custom tunes are designed to work specifically for the vehicle it was ordered for. All modifications must be disclosed in order to properly build your tune. Failure to do so could cause permanant damgage to your vehicle.

Downpipes

If you are purchasing downpipes from SPD Performance and by accepting these terms and conditions, you understand that some or all downpipipes may not comply with Federal, State, Province, and/or Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. You take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that you have done to your vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. You acknowledge SPD Performance Inc. has made you aware that certain parts are intended for Racing Competition Only and not meant to be used on a road car. You absolve SPD Performance from any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring my car satisfies regulations set forth by Federal, State, and/or Local governing agencies. This waiver of compliance shall be in force for all past, current, and future purchases from SPD Performance Inc.
